Invictus Forever collects certain information about our site users for analytical purposes in order to optimize our website. This type of information relates to how users interact with our site like tracking which site pages our users visit. This helps measure the accessibility, popularity, and usefulness of our pages. We are also able to see which geographic region users are accessing our site from. Information such as name or email is not collected by tracking users' actions and activities on our site. ​

Users can choose to provide their email address to receive our newsletter. Email addresses are stored in a password protected database that only our employees can access. Our site will soon be integrated with MailChimp, a marketing automation platform and email marketing service, which can view email addresses.

Site users who are interested in naming opportunities or donating stocks, bonds, or securities can opt to enter their contact information into the contact forms found on the respective web pages. Personal information collected in these cases includes first and last name, email address, phone number, and home or office address. We collect this information for contact purposes. All information is kept in a password protected database only accessible to our employees. No credit card or financial details are collected via these forms.

When users wish to make an online donation to our organization, they will be redirected to a PayPal webpage to complete the donation. Invictus Forever does not collect any credit card or financial information when users make a donation through PayPal. PayPal has its own PayPal User Agreement and Privacy Statement relating to online donations and payments.

Our "Contact" page includes a contact form, for which users can choose to provide their name and email address. We use this information to aid site users in addressing any questions they may have.
The photographs and videos on our site are either original media taken by Invictus Forever and/or its agents or royalty free images. All subjects of photographs or videos taken by Invictus Forever have signed a consent form and have given us permission to post said photos or videos.
